JOB DESCRIPTION:

Wanted an energetic, motivated administration professional to join our Business Systems & Administration team. You will be an effective member of a team which provides administrative support, word processing and clerical services to Partners and support in house business in respect to functions of development, building and compliance.

What you need:

Advanced skills using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word
Demonstrated experience in providing excellence in Partners Queries.
Ability to work as part of a team in a high volume work area.
Ability to identify Partners needs and convey factual information.
Commitment to completing tasks within agreed timeframes to produce a quality outcome.
Support that demonstrates Partners commitment to respect, integrity, teamwork, excellence.

Ability to work unsupervised and possess excellent time management skill

Ensure the highest levels of quality
Knowledge Transfer
Customer Management
Responding to breakdowns effectively
Investigating, diagnosing and solving Partners issues.
Make effective use of all resources
Managing supplier’s issues
