We are looking for Experienced IT Assistant for our Rawalpindi office, It’s a full-time night shift job

Specific duties to be performed:

Inventory Management
Troubleshooting
Resolution of Ad hoc issues
Installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

Suitable profile & preferred skills set required:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information technology, Information systems, or at least 1 year experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies
Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
Computer network skills
Knowledge about computer network hardware and software
Problem-solving
Proficient in Microsoft office 2007, Windows XP, And Windows 7 Windows 8 Windows 10 in a domain environment
Ability to troubleshoot common hardware/software issues
Ability to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities
Must be Familiar with Outlook email configuration, send / Received issues and troubleshooting and webmail
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
