Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data.
Direct surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction.
Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
Should have hands on experience of 5 to 6 years for site construction.
Think both creatively and logically to resolve design and development problems;
Schedule material and equipment delivery of subcontractors to ensure timely execution and completion of task as per project schedule
Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time
Manage, supervise and visit contractors on site and advise on civil engineering issues;
Manage change in design for any reason and ensure relevant parties including consultant and sub-contractor are notified of changes in the project;
Review engineering documents as per construction specifications, plans, and schedules.
Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress; inspecting construction site; verifying calculations and placements.
Review, inspect, NCR issuance if any against the RIT’s from subcontractors
Subcontractor resource alignment as per project schedule
Manage and supervise final documentations of sub-contractor to get compliance certificate from consultant for construction as per design specification.
Prepare daily and weekly reports for the work done and balance work along with look weekly look ahead plan as per project schedule.
Review/Prepare QIP for execution of subcontractor’s civil activities.
Should have sound knowledge for sewerage and plumbing system design and construction
