We are currently looking for an experienced Office Manager must having minimum 10-12 years proven experiences of Branch / Operation Manager in a reputable software house or digital marketing company.

Execution and completion of plans / project for all departments and individuals.
Implementing and defining strategies to boost digital marketing services.
Define targets of each resource.
He / she will be responsible for 100% productivity of every individual.
Define reward system for competent resources.
Employee performance index.
Skilled personal who can Manage development team.
Maintaining of professional and disciplined environment.
Submit weekly / monthly progress report of all staff to higher management.
Define and implement a team work culture.
Provide equal opportunities for all staff.
Strict implementation of company policies.
Handle day to day issues.
Define anti-harassment policy.
Must define policies to control staff turnover ratio and company reputation.
Bring transparency in workplace.
Develop and implement SOPS for all departments.
Resolving all visible and invisible issues of system.
Improve service quality.
Will be responsible to meet deadlines of all orders.
Highly skilled and professional resource who is result oriented and committed to his duties
