Marketing tactics and working to increase business
Client management
Client handling
Email marketing
Business invoice management• Handling client’s day to day queries
Working on new queries provided by the system and properly follow up, to increase sales
Verbal communication with client and their teams regarding new and existing orders
Communicate with in house team verbally, via skype and on a phone call to meet the project deadline and be up to date about current project
Strong knowledge of different digital marketing tactics like, email marketing, cold calling, newsletter marketing, referral marketing, influencer marketing, social media marketing etc
Must have 2 to 3 years of proven experience of sales and marketing especially in digital marketing
Excellent English communication skills (writing and verbal)
Strong interpersonal skills (cross functional working with different in house team to meet the deadline)• Must be a team player
Minimum IT graduate with passion of digital marketing.
