Should have a solid background in video editing, color correction, and sound mixing.
Work closely with the concerned department in order to establish the desired feel and look for the videos that need to be created
Ability to get a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video creation
Edit the videos by merging different videos, adding captions, commentary, transitions, etc.
Ensure that correct formatting and presentation are finalized based on the specifications by the company.
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, and Audition. Illustrator proficiency a plus.
Experience editing education videos, training videos or video tutorials
Extensive knowledge of color grading and an excellent sense of pace and timing
Experience working within tight deadlines while maintaining a collaborative spirit and high-quality output, turn around same-day edits and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with all aspects of video production
Strong technical and video problem-solving skills (frame rates, mixing interlaced and progressive footage, composition, color correction)
Ideal candidate is a person who can take a video footage and convert it into a beautiful story.
Past experience in Editing software- Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc.
Ability to manage projects and lead all creative efforts single-handed.
Experience in Digital Advertisement Design.
Produce the design and production for websites, web logos, social media graphics, and banners, while some projects may require directing external resources.
Experience in web designing is a must.
Manage and produce digital design work, including banner sizing and versioning.
Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touch points.
Blog analysis and relevant image creation is a must
Minimum 2 year of proven experience in video editing / motion graphics
3 years solid experience of Graphic designing

Bachelor’s Degree or certificate in computer animation, fine arts, graphic design, film, photography or related field
