Record monthly financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner
Perform month-end closing, including account reconciliations, and updating schedules
Maintain an orderly filing system of financial records
Develop, implement, and maintain processes and controls that are current best practices related to transaction processing.
Summarize current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents
Keep track of Accounts Payable (complete vendor management)
Manage petty cash, prepare vouchers, accounts payable/purchase ledgers, and bookkeeping
Responsible for looking after banking matters.
Supporting the Finance Manager with projects and tasks when required
Reconciling monthly and yearly transactions
Contribute to financial audits
