A leading UK based software company has an opportunity for a Customer Support Representative to join our ranks in the Support team.

Responsibilities include:

Provide Customer Support through Phone, chat and email.
Respond efficiently to customer queries with accurate information.
Providing information to customers regarding the company's software and services.
Meeting targets and customer service related KPIs

Requirements:

6 months to 2 years experience in customer service.
Excellent verbal & written English communication and interpersonal skills
Computer Savvy with experience in Microsoft and Google products.
