Meeting with Clients, Architects, Interiors Designers & Builders for projects. Explain & Present Company Services and layout
Provide business advice and consultancy to client in effective manner
Checking drawings planning and execute on projects
Must have experience to completely execute Construction Grey Structure, Finishing and Furnishing
Assist and facilitate the Company staff, build up customer relations and manage Projects
To follow the update of clients order and deal with after sales services Contact and follow-up on qualified client for new opportunities
Maintain and execute corporate proposals based on team meetings and discussion Motivate the group member to achieve monthly targets
Have adequate knowledge about existing property market, to negotiate and creative selling regarding property business.
Have management skills to create and implement a company sales plan.
Executes and supports the operational aspects of the business (e.g., generating a proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence).
Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet sales targets.
Sell products / services by establishing contact and developing relations with prospect clients
Timely feedback of customer queries to the management.
Exploring prospecting Contractors/SMEs etc in accordance with Sales Strategy.
Lead efforts to research and determine qualified target areas, projects, and clients.
Meet Client's needs prior to contract execution and through project completion.
Provide advice and counsel; act as liaison, provide planning, etc. to prospective and current clients.
Work with Office Leader and Business Development Manager to negotiate favorable contract terms and conditions
