  • We are looking for a competitive Field Sales and Marketing Officer to attract new clients.
  • The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads and managing sales of products and services.
  • As an outside Sales and marketing Representative, the successful candidate will also research competition in the field and manage to learn counter techniques against competitors.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • 1 “Get the sales” using various customer sales methods including door-to-door campaigns, cold calling and sale desk in markets.
  • 2 Evaluate customer’s mind-set, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
  •  3 Meet personal and team sales targets.
  • 4 Generate or follow through sales leads.
  • 5 Attend meetings, sales events and seasonal marketing campaigns.
  • 6 Report and provide feedback to management about field survey.
  • 7 Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.
  • 8Make record of competitor’s sales in the assigned area and apply counter customer pulling techniques.

Requirements and specifications

  •  Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  •   Familiarity with different sales techniques.
  •  0-2 years’ experience.
  •  Basic knowledge of computer.
  •  FA/A-levels degree or above.
  •  Self-motivated and target driven.
  •  Proven sales experience will be a plus.
  • Salary Range: 30,000 to 40,000 + sales commission
  • Industry: Telecommunication
