• He will directly report to Chairman of the organization.
  • Evaluate the market to determine its demand and the consumption of our products, monitor & control Distribution Channels, and introduce/implement promotional schemes to fulfill the need of end-users conveniently and coordinate with production department to ensure the volume of production according to supply of the goods and consistently endeavors to enhance the market share of the company.
  • Determine the market size as per feedback of RSMs & ZSMs for the products manufactured or outsourced by the company and further explore their demand to estimate total annual consumption of each and every product being handled by the company.
  • Keep vigilant eyes on our competitors specially their market share and strategy, prepare our sales strategy to grab maximum market share by introducing various sales promotional schemes to attract the end users for enhancement of our existing market share keeping in view the business interests of our distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Establish a close liaison with distributors throughout the country directly and through Managers Sales to ensure the supply of goods according to their genuine demand.
  • Analyze the forecast prepared by Managers Sales for the annual, quarterly, monthly, and daily consumption and correspondingly ensure supply of each and every product accordingly.
  • Raise demand for production of each and every product on the basis of forecasted and actual consumption after consultation with chairman.
  • Chalk out the calendar of events, functions, and ceremonies to be celebrated according to the sale promotional schemes in aligned with sales strategy and advise the relevant RSMs or ZSMs to administer such events as per company policy and approved budget.
  • Recommend the motivational programs to boost up the motivation level of all sales team including selection of Best Performer of the Year and Best Performer of the Month etc.
  • Ensure the implementation of Company Policies in letter and spirit and arrange refresher sessions periodically with coordination of HR department.

Minimum Master or bachelor degree or equivalent education.

At least 8-10 years relevant experience out of which 5 years at the same position
