Make Documents (Packing List + Invoice)
Prepare Custom Documents
Generate File
Lab Test
Undertaking
BG Working
Gate Pass
Download GD's
PSW (Financial Instruments)
Verify GD & B.G working with ledger, Invoice & PSW custom data.
Prepare Customer Documents (Invoice + Packing List + BL + Certificate of Origin) and send to customer.
Update Records,
Export Ledger (Manual + Soft Files)
Customer Ledger (Payments Receivable - Payments Received)
Update M - Files (Upload each scanned document of export on M Files)
Make summary of Sales every month (Local + 3rd Floor + Total).
Receive & process payments in bank and reconcile ledgers with Accounts dept.
Rebate receive and maintain record in soft excel file.
Check & Balance of customer's overdue Payments.
Apply Insurances for Export Shipments.
Prepare DLTL cases.
Order Processing of Customer Purchase orders & Entre into software
Make Sales Tax Documents (Sales Invoices)
Make Sales Tax Documents (Purchase Invoices)
Prepare documents for Bank (Export)
Prepare EE - Statement after receiving PRC.
Maintain Old data record (Hard Form).
Receive Documents (AWB / BL, Fumigation Certificates etc.).
Create Invoice in software.
Arrange PRC's from bank.
