Job Description

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts
  • Working closely with Agents/Account managers to drive client retention, renewals, upsell targets, new business opportunities, and client satisfaction
  • Work closely with Project Management and Sales to determine root causes for customer success or failure and drive requirements for project or process enhancements and development as needed
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the engagement of clients
  • Make sure the department meets the needs of clients
  • Ensuring positive working relationships with all customers
  • Manage client's delivery, received, receivables, and cancellations reports
  • Manage all client's invoices and billings
  • Manage Account managers/Agent KPIs and performance
  • Ability to handle or direct client conflicts, issues, and refund requests
  • Ability to train, lead and motivate resources
  • Ability to take the lead where required and necessary


  • 5+ years experience in Customer Success and/or Account Management in IT/Software sales (CMS, Phone and Web Applications would be preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science would be preferred)
  • Managed a team of a minimum of 5+ resources
  • Advanced upsell/cross-sell skills
  • Confident communication (written and oral)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Working knowledge and experience with contracts and contract negotiations
  • knowledge of key concepts including phases, plans, deliverables, scope, and tasks would be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs120,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
