Looking for Site Supervisor (MEP) for a project in its Islamabad. Experience related to Building MEP Works will be preferred.

Requirements:

DAE Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Equivalent
Min Experience – 3 years in construction of Multi Storey buildings
The candidates must be self-driven, possess initiative and dynamic
Must have computer literacy especially MS offices
Experience in understanding and executing electrical works include lighting, power, load schedules, single line diagram, internal & external electrical works and their testing
Experience in understanding and executing plumbing & drainage works including PPRC pipe works, uPVC pipe works, GI pipe works, and their testing.
Comprehensive understanding of MEP drawings

Responsibilities:

Supervise MEP works independently

Coordinate with Project Engineer & Civil Supervisory staff

Develop procedures and SOPs to ensure that no wastage and/or pilferage of MEP material takes place at the site

Supervise MEP works as per design and specifications while ensuring required quality

Monitor all Sub Contractors’ work progress and dealing

Regular testing of all MEP works as per standard

Write Daily Progress Reports & Material Utilization Reports

The following skills will be an added advantage:

Knowledge of AutoCAD will be highly preferred. Be able to create Shop Drawings & As-Built Drawings
Experience in Infrastructure Works
Labor management skills will be highly valued
