Assistant Finance Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager with excellent administrative and analytical financial skills to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Reconcile bank statements.
Track bank deposits and payments.
Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions.
Ensure financial records are kept up to date with the latest transactions and changes.
Monitor all bank deposits and payments.
Preparing bank reconciliation statements
Reviewing financial and statistical reports
Process weekly payments of all authorized purchase invoices and expense claims by BACS
Bank and cash management, including reconciliation of all bank accounts and credit cards.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role.
Experience using QuickBooks.
Advanced MS Excel skills
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
