A reputed Industrial Refrigeration company is currently seeking an Admin Officer who will dedicate himself to the best of his ability to improve the profitability of the Establishment and its affiliates. The Admin Officer reports to the Corporate HR Manager.
General duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Perform all tasks necessary to obtain Pakistan visa for the company foreign nationals outside country and International visas for local employees which includes preparing necessary visa documents/letters, securing authorized signatures for submission in Govt. offices which includes but not limited to Chamber of Commerce, Embassies, airports & Immigration offices across the country.
- Keep himself updated with all Ministry of Interior/Govt. announcements and report immediately to GM & Head office Human Resources Dept.
- Provide Admin services to the Corporate HR.
The ideal candidate must possess below qualifications:
- Diploma as a minimum qualification in administration or secretarial works or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ of experience in similar role
- Age between 25 – 40
- Good background in government relations/procedures/process
- Good in English communication, speaking and writing skills
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
