Greets office visitors professionally. Determines nature of visitors’ business and provides appropriate information, referring visitors to appropriate staff members, departments or conference rooms. E-mails office visitor information to the organization.
Answers calls placed to the main telephone number.
Prepares and e-mails the Organization’s Daily Notices and New Client/Matters.
Schedules conference rooms and other requirements as needed. Communicates event and special needs for before or after hours event coverage.
Maintains work area in a clean and orderly condition.
Assists attorneys, staff and clients with various tasks and gathering information as needed.
Processes and posts unidentified mail.
Maintains and updates procedure manual for reception desk.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & Word)
