We are looking for a Project Cordinator to join our team and support the organization while providing oversight on projects within our organization.

This role is also responsible for performing administrative tasks and must have good command over content writing

Responsibilities

Perform administrative tasks such as budgeting, estimates, scheduling meetings, etc.
Keep track of and report on paper work
Perform other duties assigned by the Management orderly and efficiently
Managing and supervising all task from beginning to end
Managing the budgets and ensuring correct budget assignment as well as strictly following the budget
Keeping proper and written record of all communication, approvals,documents and others
Ensuring the quality of the work at all levels
Could do write ups and give presentations

Requirements and skills

Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
Highly organized and able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Ms Excel and Word
