Instrumentation and Controls Engineer

An international leading company with offices in the 6 continents and with 20 years experience on thousands of projects worldwide providing variable work force solutions and engineering services to the Power Generation and Oil & Gas industries.

Responsibilities:

This position is directly responsible for the supervision, co-ordination and record keeping of all maintenance related activities on the plant site.

Duties:

Controls all maintenance documents as outlined on the site Master List of Controlled Documents.

To assigns preventive and corrective maintenance jobs to maintenance technicians as per the direction of Maintenance Manager.

To develop, supervises and co-ordinate plant maintenance activities.

To plan and inspect completed work on plant device.

To maintain records, prepare reports and compose correspondence relative to work.

To acquire considerable knowledge of the process and the relevant mechanical, instrument & control and electrical system throughout the plant and apply the same to trouble shoot problems and leads the maintenance team in resolving the issue.

To train the subordinates on preventive and corrective maintenance.

To communicate effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.

To execute work order through CMMS and co-ordinate with C&I Technicians for job completion and technical matters.
