Job Summary:

Duties/Responsibilities:

Deep insight of fertilizer demand & supply Nationwide.
Able to generate Crop wise demand of Fertilizers
Thorough grip on Geographic area Crop wise
Usage of procurement tools including e-sourcing.
Strong understanding of Crop cycle
Work on the development and implementation of forecasting models to project costs. Determine the impacting business factors and their required targets in Fertilizer sector.
Strong Liaison Skills for productive Supplier relationship & Sourcing
Purchase Plan’s Development for Coordination & Purchase
Partner with the business to build robust demand plans for routine workload as well as projects and turnarounds.
You will be responsible for the business planning cycle across the Allied Entities.
Conduct feasibility, SWOT & PEST analyses to support business units on the existing projects and growth initiatives.
Identify areas of business underperformance, and propose initiatives to reduce cost or improve performance.
Carry out vigorous contract management and supplier performance management activities to ensure value is delivered.
Preparation of monthly reports, quarterly / annual performance deck and Adhoc reports for management review.
Assist for review and update of SOP as and when required.
Maintain strict compliance with the Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreements and principles.
Lead negotiation with suppliers through competitive bidding tools.
Develop and manage contractual agreements

Required Skills/Abilities:

MBA-Marketing/Supply chain Management/International Management /Agribusiness-Agriculture
Must have 03-05 years of experience in Agri-Inputs & Fertilizer sector.
Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with a willingness to fully immerse themselves in the business, to understand the business challenges and impacting factors
Strong organizational skills to manage priorities with tight deadlines without compromising quality
Experience building data-driven business cases that highlight strong analytical and financial skills
Results-oriented, detail oriented and self-driven
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English
