Document preparation for respective country's legal Compliance requirements.
Drafting Contracts and Agreements and other legal documents.
Liaison with Representative of Embassies, Consulates, and third-party services for the legalization of documents.
Awareness of Trademark Laws.
Following up with corporate lawyers regarding the firm's legal disputes.
Any such administrative task which comes under the Legal department as required.

Requirements:

LLB or LLM degree from a reputable institution.
3 to 5 years of corporate legal experience or with any law firm.
Must know legal documentation and its peculiarities.
Must have an excellent command of English.
Excellent command over MS Office.
Able to perform in a fast pace work environment and handle work pressure.
