Cash Flow Management:

Financial Reporting:

Prepare regular financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Provide accurate and timely financial information to management, stakeholders, and external auditors.

Auditing and Compliance:

Coordinate and liaise with external auditors during financial audits. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, legal regulations, and company policies. Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and conduct performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Relationship Management:

Maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, such as executives, department heads, and project managers. Collaborate with external partners, including banks, auditors, and vendors.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the accounting and finance function. Streamline financial processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and leverage technology to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Financial Strategy:

Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's financial strategy. Provide insights and recommendations on financial decision-making, investment opportunities, and risk management.
