A Canadian based B2B Online Advertising company hiring for a Project Manager with minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field
Responsibilities
Analyzing market trends and preparing tactical plans to achieve assigned targets.
Maintaining a database for potential customers and keeping track of the project developments.
Pitching our products to prospective customers in Public & Private projects.
Regularly following up with existing clients via phone and email to cross-sell and up-sell.
Keeping clients up-to-date with the latest company and sales information.
Renewing contracts with clients at set time intervals.
Building sound, lasting relationships with clients to fuel the company’s growth.
working closely with our clients to ensure that they receive the highest levels of service.
You will advise on strategies to optimize the workflow.
Our clients are all US and Canada based so you should have no problems with speaking to these clients in a neutral US accent. We would prefer someone who has lived abroad for some time.
Requirement
Good communication skills. Fluency in speaking and writing English.
A neutral North American English accent
Customer service experience- both written and verbal- will be preferred
Project Management experience is necessary.
Proficiency in various computer programs and standard office software packets such as Microsoft Office.
MS/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
