We are an “IT Firm” mainly working in the E-commerce Industry with clients worldwide but predominately in the USA.

Who Should Not Apply

If you have crazy salary expectations
If you don’t want to work in the eCommerce industry
If you can’t work during the night shift or from the office whenever required
If you are looking for a time pass, part-time or short-term gig
If you can’t work around technical issues in operating a PC or Laptop (windows, software, basic data entry, record keeping, internet usage, etc)
If you can’t communicate clearly in written English.
If you are always having issues or things that hinder your ability to work under pressure and deliver on deadlines.

Who Should Apply

We're looking for someone open-minded willing to learn, and a proactive person who with our guidelines, can work independently, finding the best way to “get the job done”. You must be willing to go through our comprehensive and extensive training — a learning process that will help you groom your skills in the E-commerce industry. The person must be an enthusiastic, energetic self-starter with proven problem-solving and support skills to deliver exact and prompt resolutions.

Requirements

Proficient in English (Speaking & Writing)
Highly Technical Person (tech-savvy)
Knowledge of Amazon/eBay Marketplace & seller central (Optional)
Proficient with organizing and managing data, google docs and sheets.
Ideal candidate mindset: Passionate, confident; outspoken
Ideal candidate behaviors: Detail-oriented, effective time management, clear communication presentation skills, plus demonstrate initiative, independent judgment, project management, and analytical skills
Strategic thinker skilled at problem-solving and navigating multiple tasks
Excellent written and verbal skills – must be able to communicate with team through Skype & Whatsapp.
Proficiency in basic computer software programs such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, and the candidate should have the ability to learn other specific software quickly
Proficient in technical debugging, determining root cause, and approaches to challenges
Familiarity with e-commerce applications and software (Optional)
Should be able to work from our office in Rawalpindi, Bahria Town, phase 7
Should have his own laptop to work remotely or from home on weekends if required.
Accommodation can be provided to the eligible candidates.
Should be able to work in the USA hours (Night-shift in Pakistan) if required.

Fresh candidates/graduates are also encouraged to apply if they are quick learners, possess the basic skills (communication, aptitude, go-getters), and are willing to go above and beyond to keep customers and the company happy.
