Manager Marketing Communication

Liaising with, and answering enquiries from media, individuals and other organizations;
Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media;
Collating and analyzing media coverage
Preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programes;
Devising and coordinating photo opportunities for media;
Organizing events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours;
Maintaining and updating information on the organization’s website;
Managing and updating information and engaging with users on social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook;
Sourcing and managing speaking and sponsorship opportunities;
Commissioning market research;
Fostering community relations through events such as open days and through involvement in community initiatives;
Create new ideas, concepts, and promotions for Green Spire Group that increase brand recognition and integrity.
Research and report marketing strategies

QUALIFICATIONS & Required Skills:

BBA/BS/MBA/MS degree required; major in Strategic Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations preferred.
3+ years of experience in communications and marketing.
Strong Media engagement skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience in creating and implementing strategic communication plan.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with individuals across all organizational levels.
Represent the organization in a professional manner at all times.
Possess strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
Commitment to the goals, values, and mission of the organization.
Understanding of corporate practices and culture preferred.
Understanding of nonprofit practices and culture preferred.
