Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Financial Managers and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks.
Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions.
Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payables, receivables and purchase orders.
Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them.
Manage payroll activities and release salaries.
Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers and vendors.
Collect daily sales amount and reconcile with sales invoices
Create daily reports for management and team members.

Accounting Skills Required to Apply:

Balance Sheet Statement
Profit and Loss Statement
Cash Book Statement
Bank Reconciliation Statement
General Ledger
T-Accounts
GAAP
Additionally: You will have to mention projects you have worked on and developed.

Experience Needed:

You must have worked on an online accounting software previously and must be fully aware of all the features.
If you have previously worked in a startup, your application will be preferred.
You must have created all six financial statements for a company before.
You must be aware of financial management, and all financial ratios (we expect you to know them by heart).
