Quality Assurance Assistant

To assist the technical team in all Quality Assurance (QA) tasks.
To ensure effective and efficient communication between the QA department and stakeholders.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Ability to write QA/Test Plan.
Ability to Write and Execute Test Cases.
Ability to Perform manual and Automated Testing using tools.
Ability to perform various type of testing for Functional and Non-Function Requirements.
Ability to review the business requirements and Functional Specifications.
To establish and maintain appropriate files and records to assure accuracy
To facilitate the creation of reports, forms and graphs for the QA department
To contribute to the coordination of activities to meet the requirements of QA team
To support the implementation of QA policies

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred
working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant IT support, Helpdesk or HR & Payroll
knowledge of relevant
knowledge and experience of customer service practices
related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support
