Store Officer

We are looking for a professional and customer service-oriented Store Staff to oversee daily operations at our store. As the Store Staff, you will perform the operational and organizational standards of the store as per your position.

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: 15,000 - 50,000 (Varies on position)

Experience Required: 2+ Year.

Location: Soldier Bazaar, Karachi

Responsibilities:

Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
Monitor buying trends and customer requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and order new items.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
A minimum of 2 years experiences working in a retail environment.
Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarities with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS
