The position demands an experienced professional with proven leadership in sales and business development. The position demands strong leadership skills and effective management prowess.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Able to deal with multiple corporate/industrial clients, business partners or donors. Should have strong verbal & written communication skills. If you meet the above criteria.
Develop and implement the overall sales strategy for the assigned portfolio and territory
Sales operations management for continued excellence, profitability & growth, while meeting financial objectives
Demonstrate leadership and direct the sales team towards high professional standards, and maintain exacting standards of customer relationship management.
Manage key commercial and residential accounts directly. Develop and deliver presentations, experiential demonstrations and solution proposals.
Proactive business development through established channels and development of new channels
Responsible for planning and reporting
Assure in-depth knowledge of product and services as well as developments in the business sector for self and the sales team through structured training program and a culture of self initiative
Responsible to promote a cohesive team spirit by providing guidance, cooperation and hands-on support to sales team when required
