Manage all communication with vendors and consultants for various multiple projects and provide engineering and technical support to clients.
Design and oversee the construction of MEP systems for new buildings or renovations, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical
Weekly meeting with the Director for the update the status of all the projects.
Develop project proposals, feasibility studies, and cost estimates
Prepare contract documents and specifications
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations

Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models

Keep abreast of new technology and developments in the field
Attend conferences and continuing education courses to maintain professional licensure
Write reports detailing project findings and recommendations
