Maintaining all bank account statements and balance report on daily basis for further submission to management.
- Preparation and submission of Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) in the morning on daily basis.
- Maintenance of current and post payment plan on daily basis as per cash flow.
- Drafting vendor, fund transfer payments and online salary in Meezan CMS or UBL Portal as per instructions from management.
Drafting / punching BPVs and BRVs related to:
- Vendor payments.
- Inter-bank Inter-branch funds transfer.
- Salaries.
6. Attaching supporting documents in ERP system.
- Preparing Cheques for monthly IESCO/SNGPL other utility or vendor payments.
- Sharing payment slips with procurement department when required.
- Liaison with Payable department for any discrepancies in vendor ledgers.
- Record maintenance of all issued/deposited and postdated Cheques on daily basis.
- Documentation of all RTGS transactions.
- Supervising cash offices matters when required.
