A competent individual is needed who can manage different sites.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Daily inspection of construction work & construction activities on site.
To read & understand the Drawings of Architecture, Structure & make ensure that all the construction work / activities are executed & implemented as per design & drawing and Controlling the labor for all kind of civil work
To verify & approve the Labor Payment (Daily wages of Labor) & submit it into Accounts office.
To check & verify the Bills of contractors, Sub-contractors & local vendors.
Managing the Construction Material on Construction Site.
Checking the Quality of Construction material. Supervise the Finishing & Interior Designing Works.
