GuruTrax Solutions is hiring for an HR executive - Intern in its Lahore office
The candidate will work closely with the HR Manager and will be shouldering the following responsibilities
1. Being a bridge between the employees and the owners/founders
2. Staff recruitment – developing job description person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking, application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates
3. Introducing activities/opportunities that have a positive effect on employee productivity & motivation
4. Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits
5. Negotiating with staff and their representatives on issues relating to pay and conditions
6. Administering payroll and maintaining employee records
7. Interpreting and advising on employment law
8. Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
9. Analyzing training needs in conjunction with employee grooming and task requirements
