- Plans, prioritizes, assigns, supervises and reviews work of staff responsible for purchasing including technical and specialized procurement of supplies, equipment and services.
- Responsible for departmental administrative issues such as maintaining/revising policies and procedures.
- Perform analysis and support pricing initiatives and process changes to ensure consistency of company pricing practice.
- Timely preparation of responses to Price Quotation requests from regional sales managers/customer.
- Backup Customer Service department with phone calls and email support as needed.
- Must address customer issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution.
- Other miscellaneous duties as requested by the Sales Staff.
- Order Processing.
- Data entry in SAP CRM software.
