Duties and Responsibilities

Provide and plan onsite scheduled installation, preventative maintenance, compliance qualification services, repairs to customers.
FSE is required to provide trainings on site as well as in our lab facilities, participate in pre-sales discussions, conferences, meetings, workshops.
Troubleshooting and In-depth Analysis
Provide training and technical advice on our instruments, both in person and by telephone or digital tools
Keep abreast of knowledge by reading update technical documentation and service bulletin
It is important for a FSE to be updated in the various techniques used in laboratories, in association with the main products provided by us- such as REAL TIME PCR, Thermal Cyclers, Centrifuges, CAPILLARY ELECTROPHORESIS, SAMPLE PREPARATION (KINGFISHER extraction systems etc).
Proactively resolve difficult repairs by using Service Escalation process and liaising with Service Specialists network and other proper channels in the region or globally
Interact with customers to solve technical issues and provide possible solution to contain the problem
Build good customer rapport and trusting relationship with customers
Customer-oriented mindset: Being responsive to customers’ need for support, ensuring good customer experience

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Must be tenacious and success-oriented, a self-starter with high energy.
Strong business, communications, and information technology knowledge.
Must have 16 years of education in Engineering – Biomedical/ Electrical from an HEC & PEC Recognized Institute.
Must have PEC Registration.
Ability to quickly learn and apply technical knowledge relating to company and competitor's offerings.
Ability to travel at least 50%.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, fast-growth environment where action and initiative are prerequisites to performing well.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
