Must be hands-on developers with strong technical experience in multiple SAP projects. The following skill sets apply:
1. Individual must be a hands on developer with strong skills in Interfaces, Enhancements, Workflow, WebDynpro, and Forms.
2. Will need to work closely with the functional team to help develop the best solutions for the end client.
3. Troubleshoot critical issues of the business application, then develop and/or propose SAP solutions to meet the business requirements.
4. Experience in the following areas is a plus; SD, MM, FICO, and HCM.
5. Interface experience should include Webservices, and BAPIs. Enhancement experience to include enhancement points, userexits, BADIs, and custom objects.
6. Experience in working on new projects independently, the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, and experience working on maintenance tasks in team environment.
7. Strong communications skills is a requirement. Experience in custom objects is important with a focus on Workflow and Form development.
8. Must have experience working on large upgrades and the ability to dive into existing code to figure out how objects need to be enhanced. Proven ability to provide technical direction for complex SAP system issues.
