Handle and supervise construction processes of HSNDS under the supervision of Head Administration.
Responsible for payments and audits of all construction works.
Responsible for all transportation related matters.
Procurement of Office Furniture’s.
To supervise maintenance of Mills.
To assign duties to company drivers, sweepers and office boys and keep check and balance on them, Manage their leaves, attendance on regular basis.
Managing staff sitting plans in all departments of HSNDS according to the requirement under the direct orders from the Company Director.
To communicate with procurement department regarding all purchasing of construction material.
To look after company vehicle maintenance.
To ensure Administrative SOP's within Mills Premises.
Any other task assigned by the Top Management.
