We are looking for a competent & well-groomed Front Desk & Admin Officer. You will be the one to handle Front Desk Operations in CEO Office and assist by performing a variety of administrative tasks.

To attend the telephone calls.
To greet to guests and arrange the meetings with concernds.
To receive incoming mails and dispatch accordingly.
Coordination with HR Department regarding interviews.
Coordination in arranging meetings.
Manage all administrative affairs for the office of the CEO.
Communicates directly, and on behalf of the CEO, with Departments & Staff.
To look after the house keeping & Maintenance of CEO Office.
