The Bilqees Sarwar Foundation (BSH) is a registered welfare organization in Pakistan, which aim to provide public health and education support to the local community. We are the charitable arm of NRS International, an industry leader in manufacturing and developing relief essentials for the humanitarian, development and public health sectors and its manufacturing facility in Pakistan, H. Sheikh Noor ud Din & Sons (HSNDS).
Job Description:
ü Review and record corporate, direct mail, tele-funding, individual and event gifts and pledges, employer matching contributions and credit card billing.
ü The candidate will be required to meet with sponsors and potential donors on behalf of Bilqees Sarwar Foundation for donor cultivation.
ü Fulfill data and reporting requests, including the production of donor lists, regular progress reports and extractions of data from the database for analytical purposes.
ü Will be required to manage the coordination and compilation of grant inquiries and applications.
ü Provide excellent and timely customer service to external customers who request information including recent and past donations and other donor records.
ü Process and mail pledge reminders, receipts and acknowledgments, and other donor communications as required.
ü Design and execute data integrity projects including returned mail, address updates, merge and inactivation processes.
Candidate Requirements:
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Should be good in math and handling important calculations.
- Should be flexible in working during stressful situations.
- Having your own conveyance is a plus point.
- Outstanding people skills as well as customer service reps.
- Should have a flexible approach regarding working hours.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Should have good command on English and Urdu language.
- Should be Independent and self-sufficient.
