We are looking for competent Admin/IR Head for our Oil & Ghee Mill at Jamber, Pattoki to handle matters related to Admin & Industrial relations of the Plant.

· Managing the administrative affairs of the organization.

· Supervise the Admin staff for smooth flow of work (Admin assistant, Office boys, Security staff, Janitor staff etc.)

· Taking approvals for office orders and for other official matters.

· Transportation and Canteen Management.

· General Repair and maintenance of Factory.

· Liaison with Government Departments and other regulatory authorities.

· Vendor Bills, Vouchers, log books & Utility Bills Management.

· Responsible for Time Office operations.

· Overall responsible for Labour Management.

· Manage overall IR operations that include: Labour hiring’s, maintaining HR records, contract management, compensation & benefits, grievance handling/conflict resolution and discipline.
