Supervise all housekeeping staff including supervisor and attendants
Responsible for cleanliness and gardening of the University
Ensure proper duty roaster of all housekeeping staff
Follow housekeeping plan and policy for cleanliness
Coordinate with procurement for materials regarding housekeeping staff
Make all housekeeping plans to ensure cleanliness
Cleaning of all offices, classrooms, seating areas, washrooms cleaning, cafeteria & all areas of University
Ensuring cleanliness of University & uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct
Purchase, re-order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory maintaining Excel Sheet of same
Planning, organizing and directing team members to ensure the highest degree of student satisfaction
Recruit, schedule and train all new housekeeping staff members
Ensures the proper maintenance of all equipment; makes arrangements for repair and/or replacement of used and damaged of housekeeping equipment
Manager should provide daily, weekly and monthly report to higher management
Make sure that all cleaning supplies are appropriately labeled
Reported any unusual happening on the floors and in the public area concerning students and employees
Reported any missing items and eventual damage done by the students immediately Principal
Coordinate and follow up schedule of the classrooms for deep cleaning. Ensured regular Pests control/fumigation procedures.
