Short Description:

  • Halo Informatics (PK) is a Lahore based company that provides outsourced support for a UK based company which specialises in the provision of supported living services (SL) and domiciliary care services (DC) for adults. The UK company supports over 1000 clients and is forecast to double in size over the next year.
  • Halo Informatics is seeking to employ a highly motivated and numerate graduate, in the capacity of an Operations coordinator, to be based in their Lahore office. Operations Support Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive support and assistance to the Operations Coordinator in all areas of the business from administration to IT to delivery of projects to support the business.
  • Specific Duties: The Operations Support Officer will be specifically responsible for supporting and assisting Operations Coordinator in:
  •  Produce a range of operations related to eOPS and CFIT reports, analyse the reports/data for adverse trends and make recommendations/facilitate improvement actions and improvements
  •  Co-ordinating and delivering projects to develop and improve operating processes including working with suppliers
  • Developing and implementing prototype IT solutions to drive operational efficiencies
  • Managing and ensuring delivery of operation projects as directed by the Service Manager
  • Maintaining the effective weekly delivery of operations tasks, such as facilitating the timely closure of adverse Event Reports, including review for accuracy and verifying the appropriateness of closure actions
  • Working with the Operations Coordinator to develop IT solutions to track, monitor and manage service delivery
  • Participate in various UK Ops Meeting by preparing data reports and presentations, taking actions and working with UK managers to facilitating closure
  • Maintaining operations policies and procedures to reflect best practice
  • Updating and filing of electronic records
  •  Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish tasks where required
  • Continually striving to drive improvements in the operation
  • Training will be provided on company specific processes, technologies and adult social care. Notwithstanding this, the candidate is expected to carry out research and self-learning.
