Tasks

Setting up and manage field sales and service operation for retail, trade and IP in the specified region
Establishing and expanding relationships with retail clients to increase POS presence in the market
Sales increase control, customer and partner support, customer acquisitions as well as development of the company’s sales market shares in the corresponding field
Support in the preparation of customers offers, in the conduction of negotiations and assist during the order process in close collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager
Manage relationships with key customers and project clients and promoting the brands and products of Hansgrohe
Launching product and service information
Support in developing brand- and product marketing communication concepts
Market and competition analysis
Input in Marketing and Business plan
Carry out trainings and seminars
Follow Hansgrohe reporting system: reporting about sales activities, visits, customer attendance, and information relevant for the market appraisal

Management Experience

Ability to lead and mentor teams to drive market penetration and derive maximum performance
