We are looking to hire a full-stack web developer specializing in programming & customization of ecommerce solutions. Web developer responsibilities include building our website from concept all the way to completion from the bottom up. The work includes plugin development, complete websites, apis, and payment gateway integration.

This role is suited to someone who is passionate, proactive, always eager to learn more and develop professionally. We also work in a fast-paced environment with an ever-changing technology landscape so working towards strict deadlines while maintaining high code standards is essential.

Responsibilities:

Experience in the development and management of eCommerce websites.
Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable code.
Verify and deploy changes on live system.
Designing and implementing new features and functionality with customized solutions if needed.
Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices.
Manage back-end database and server integration.
Responsible for implementing enhancements, defining the architecture, supporting bugs fixing, performing data analysis, and reporting of key metrics for the company’s platform with a focus on the frontend.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest technology and programming trends.
Revise, edit, proofread & optimize web content
Familiarity of 3rd party API's
Have grip on seo and relevant software to attract traffic on websites and social media platforms is plus point

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related field); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The candidate must have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of PHP, WordPress, html5, javascript, jquery, and css3 along with popular frameworks.
Self-starter – looking for candidates who can jump in quickly without a lot of direction.
Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, nosql databases, object-oriented programming, rest apis, and web application development.
Aggressive problem diagnosis and solving skills.
Programming & customization of eCommerce solutions.
Experience with linux os (centos, ubuntu, etc. ) is plus.
