We are providing customer services for US Citizens.

We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints.
You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.

Requirements:

The candidate must have great English communication skills (verbal and written)
The candidate must be fluent in English and do not hesitate to communicate with overseas Clients
On the job paid training will be provided by the company.
Candidate can work in US Time (7 pm to 4 pm) Night Shift
Male Candidates are will be preferred.
