Job Requirements:

Preferably a Bachelor degree in Chemical engineering plus Master's degree in Sales and Marketing
A minimum experience of 5 years in the field of sales and marketing of chemicals
Experience in Chemicals distribution/trading will be preferred.

Job description:

Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual performance analysis/reports.
Service existing accounts obtain orders and establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
Develop and grow the commercial relationships of assigned leading industrial customers while prospecting for new accounts to increase market penetration.
Forecast sales to enable operations planning, introduce product innovations and maintain active memberships.
Collaborate with R&D and BD Team to identify and grow opportunities within segment developing the region for maximizing the sales revenue and meeting the corporate objectives.
Clearly understand market dynamics, new market needs and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitors
Coordinate and assist finance/commercial department in case of account receivable and payable problems.
Monitor and inform immediately potential uncollectible debts to Department Manager and finance/commercial department for appropriate further action.
Evaluating and reviewing company's integrated operations, business practices, updating, streamlining opportunities, and eliminating non-value-added activities
