We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Controller to join our dynamic real estate company. As a Finance Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, managing multiple companies and projects, and leading the finance team.

Responsibilities:

Utilize your hands-on experience with accounting software to ensure accurate financial record-keeping and reporting.
Manage the financial operations of multiple companies within the real estate sector, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Oversee and monitor financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement effective financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and optimize business performance.
Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

CA Qualified with at least 2 years of relevant experience or CA Inter with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
Experience working in the real estate sector is highly desirable.
Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
