- Assisting with reconfirmation of airline booking.

- Prepare release forms to inform Room Service/Housekeeping of cancelled VIP’s and DNA guests.
- Inspect guest rooms and deliver welcome letter on special stationary, one hour before guest arrival.
- Meet guest upon arrival and escort them to their rooms.
- Bid farewell to guests, noting their comments.
- Read Front Office log book and follow ups on messages/instruction contained there in
