Identify, inform, and keep track record of donor funding opportunities relevant to HHA thematic areas.

  • Conduct Opportunity Analysis and share with the Line Manager for decision-making.
  • Analysis of ToRs document and prepare proposal, budgets, and documents accordingly
  • Develop theory of change and project logical frameworks
  • Maintain record of identified bids, submitted bids, organizational profile, and projects data base
  • Develop and regularly update Opportunity Tracking Matrix (OTM), Project Status Matrix and Projects’ Fact Sheets.
  • Undertake field visits to carry out field research and understand ground realities pertaining to current programs/projects and future opportunities.
  • Establish workable relations with HHA’s Regional Offices under the supervision of Line Manager.
  • Coordinate with other programs/departments, sharing knowledge and documents aiming to use in projection of HHA image.
  • Any other activity assigned by the Line Manager.
