Assistant Manager IMS / QA Labs

Assistant Manager IMS & QA labs job is available in Kasur for a leading Manufacturing company in Pakistan. An ideal candidate should have Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Chemistry along with 5 to 6 years of work experience in developing QA & QC lab facility for in-process and finished goods material inspections.

Assistant Manager IMS & QA labs job role is to provide direction to all departments related to product quality and food safety.

Job Responsibilities:

To develop QA & QC lab facility for in-process and finished goods material inspections.
Responsible for preparing monthly production yield & losses reports for corn based starch processing & manufacturing unit.
To develop and manage QMS and associated procedures.
To provide direction to all departments related to product quality and food safety.
Utilize lean principles, analyze process conditions and operational activities to propose corrective & preventive action and to ensure the process in a cost effective and efficient manner.
To lead overall site IMS Program.
Aid in day to day production activities, address any quality failure, perform investigations, to evaluate the staff’s performance, strategizing on maximizing productivity, that would drive revenues and increase company profitability.
